Bouquet

Taken during the slideshow after the ceremony. Maid of honor was holding the bouquet and the glow of the candles in the background made for vibrant shot.

The intention was for beach shots, but time and weather didn't permit. So we adjusted plans and got these unique waterfront pictures.

Groom Waiting to see Bride

I took this shot last weekend while shooting a wedding as an associate photographer. The groom waited for his bride to enter so they could spend a few minutes together before pictures. 

One of my favorites of the bunch. I printed an 8X12 to check detail, and it looks beautiful. 

Leah's Sr. Pictures at the park

These are only 3 of the ones taken tonight. We spent about an hour and took about 70 shots in different poses using the tree line as the backdrop, with the sunlight for highlight. I learned a few things and really had a good time. Samantha helped pose Leah.

 

Leah's Senior Pictures

I took these of Leah from my church. These were taken sunday at church by the grand piano she plays for services. We will do an outdoor shoot tomorrow evening at the local park.

I took these in summer of '04 at Samantha's cousin Kelli's wedding. I had so much fun over both days (rehearsal) taking hundreds of pictures--here are just a few.

Senior Pictures of Amy

Last fall I took these of Amy from my church. We did them all on the same afternoon at 3 different sites. This was my 1st attempt at senior pictures, although I had a blast and will be seeking more opportunities very soon.

 

 

Sunset on Lake Mitchell

Last summer we stayed at a cottage on lake Mitchell were this shot was taken. It had rained that evening and the clouds broke up just as the sun set creating this beautiful scene. This picture is un-edited. 

Alright, another crack at the tree/hill picture

I drove bye this on my way home on Friday and took another shot-- this time the clouds grabbed my attention. I jazzed up the color by bumping up the saturation in this shot-- it still looks pretty drab around here after winter. 

Gerbera Daisys

I took these last October at a customer's greenhouse in Ontario. It was hard to capture the variety of color and the individual detail all at the same time, but I tried.

I took this on my way into work this AM. Curious about your thoughts. I tried to capture the colorful sky, but it looked more hazy than anything, so I changed it to Black & White and adjusted the contrast. I like the lines in the field & sky.
